Direct Primary Care Membership

Primary care often feels rushed: short appointments, limited access and little continuity. Direct Primary Care membership is built the other way round, around longer appointments and an ongoing relationship with the same physician.

Members can be seen as often as necessary, with priority scheduling and direct communication with Dr. G. Care covers preventive planning, chronic disease management and structured follow-up, with a personalized care plan in place of a standard short visit.

There are two plans. Basic Membership covers relationship-based primary care; labs are not included. Premium Membership adds lab coverage and comprehensive preventive care in one simplified, predictable structure. Current pricing and membership terms are shown at enrollment.

Membership is not insurance. The practice does not bill insurance for membership services, and insurance is still recommended for hospital, specialist and emergency care. Membership does not cover emergencies: call 911 if you are experiencing a medical emergency.
