A DBQ examination documents current medical findings on the appropriate public VA questionnaire. When the records and clinical evidence are sufficient, Dr. Acloque can provide an independent medical opinion on whether a claimed relationship can be medically supported. No conclusion is predetermined, and a private DBQ or Nexus opinion does not guarantee service connection, a rating or any VA decision.
